dream works animation headquatres are in Glendale California USA and is currently distributed by paramount pictures. It produces films such as shrek, madagascar and kung fu panda. all of thesee films are animated and aimed at a younger audience.therefore this would not be the right sort of institution for our film.

20th century fox is based in Century City, California USA. they produce a wide range of films such as star warz, the sound of music, home alone, revenge of the nerds and Avatar. this would be suitable for our film as they cover a wide range of genres.
universal studios
universal studios is in universal city, california USA. jaws, back to the future, E.T, Jurassic Park and meet the parents are amoungst some of the films that they have been involved in.
paramount pictures
based in Hollywood, california they have been involved with films such as the italian job, the god father, mission impossible and transformers.

warner bros is in burbank california and are associated with films like free Willy, Harry Potter, Super man, Batman and million dollar baby.

lions gate is based in santa monica califonia, USA. their bigger films have been crash, saw and american pyscho, some of the most sucessful films are horror films and therefore this would be a good institution for us to go with for our film.

pixar animation are based in Emeryville California USA, they have been a part of films such as up, toy story and finding nemo, and therefore are not goingto be the right instutution for our horror film based at an older audience.
